Three stations, one system.
At the counter
A Windows desktop till that scans, prices and takes payment without the internet. Parked bills are backed up to the server.
In the back office
Prices, stock, members, transfers between stores and reports from any browser. Change a price once and every till picks it up.
Online
A storefront and a shopping app on the same stock and prices, with orders landing back at the store.
Running in a real supermarket
A two-store supermarket in Auckland runs its tills, back office, wholesale portal and online store on Nexoriv Retail. When background sync stopped delivering, we rebuilt it so every till catches up on its own, and pushed signed updates to each counter.

Does the POS keep working without internet?
Yes. The till is a Windows desktop app that keeps scanning, pricing and taking payment offline. Sales sync to the back office when the connection returns, and parked bills are backed up to the server.
Which EFTPOS terminals does it support?
Windcave terminals are live at the till today. Shift4 SmartConnect is integrated in Nexoriv Kitchen and going through certification. Tell us which provider you use and we will check it.
Can I use my existing scanners and printers?
Standard USB barcode scanners, thermal receipt printers and cash drawers work. Integration with Teraoka DS-866 bench scales is written and waiting on testing with a real scale.
Does it handle sales tax and cash rounding?
Yes. In New Zealand today, cash rounds to the nearest 10 cents while cards charge the exact amount, and GST is included in prices and reports. For other countries, tax and rounding rules are set up for your market as part of the project.
Can I run more than one store?
Yes. Stock, prices, members and transfers are managed across stores from one back office, including opening stock for a new branch.
Is it available outside New Zealand?
Yes. It runs in New Zealand today, and for shops in other countries we set up tax, payment terminals and hardware for your market as part of the project.
How much does it cost?
