How the distribution software will work
Three stations, one system.
Purchase
Stock comes in by batch and expiry from each supplier invoice, so every strip and bottle can be traced.
Bill
GST invoices carry batch, expiry and your licence details, and stock falls as you bill.
Collect
Party ledgers track credit and collections, with reports on what is due and what is about to expire.
Where it stands
Research against five Indian pharma and billing tools is done, the feature blueprint is written, and a 71-task build plan across five phases is underway. Early agencies can see it working as each phase lands.

Not yet. It is in build. Agencies that register interest can see each phase working and help decide what ships first.
Is it for distributors or pharmacies?
Distributors and stockists come first. A retail counter module for pharmacies is planned after the distribution side.
Will it track batches and expiry?
Yes, that is in the plan for every purchase and sale line, with alerts before stock expires.
Will it produce GST invoices?
Yes. GST invoices with HSN codes and your drug licence details are planned.
Will it run online or on my own computer?
We will confirm that with the first agencies, choosing between an online service and an install on your own server.
How much will it cost?
Pricing will be set closer to launch. Early agencies get a say before then.
